Wholesale Terms & Conditions

A “case” consists of 12 units of product. Full payment is due before shipping. We ship via USPS (priority 2day), UPS. FEX ED is only shipped by pick up service. We can also send through your account. No wholeseller can be exclusive to any area unless agreed upon by XOTICS and said wholeseller under specific terms. No wholeseller is permitted to sell XOTICS products on Amazon, EBay, or any other third party websites other than their own website without written consent by Xotics. No wholeseller can retail XOTICS below suggested retail price set by company website or catalogs. Wholeseller cannot promote materials from XOTICS for uses other than intended by XOTICS. Failure to adhere to above term will lead to termination of account.
